Hockinson High School is celebrating the Class of 2025 with a series of events honoring our seniors and their accomplishments. On Thursday, June 5, seniors will take part in the Grad Walk through Hockinson Heights Elementary School and Hockinson Middle School, followed by a Senior BBQ with classmates. The Commencement Ceremony will take place on Friday, June 6, at 7 pm at the HHS Stadium. Graduating seniors are required to report to the HHS Field House by 5:30 pm. After the ceremony, seniors attending the All-Night Grad Party will gather in the Field House. A completed parent consent form is required to attend this celebration. Middle school students will soon take their next big step. HMS’s 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 10, at 6:00 pm in the school’s gym. Families are invited to cheer on the Class of 2029 as they move up to high school.
Celebrations are also happening at the elementary level. Transitional Kindergarten students will mark the end of their first year in school at the TK Graduation on Thursday, June 5, at 5:30 pm at HHES. Meanwhile, HHES will enjoy a special Field Day on Monday, June 9, as 5th-grade students prepare to move on to middle school.
