Twenty-eight Hockinson thespians participated in the regional Thespys event at Capital High School in Olympia this month. They competed in multiple categories, both for individual and group performances (musical and non-musical), as well as several tech categories and the short film category.
The scores were released today and the following students scored Superior (National Qualifier) and/or Excellent (State Honoree). These performances are almost exclusively student-led--things they work on outside of class time to bring to the competition.
