On Friday, May 1, 2020, Hockinson School District joined the nation in celebrating National School Lunch Hero Day.
The district's food service team is not only responsible for preparing healthy meals for students, they adhere to strict nutrition standards and navigate student food allergies. Since the closure of our schools in mid-March, they have served nearly 20,000 meals to our students!
We are proud to work with an amazing food service team in the HSD, and on this School Lunch Hero Day, we honor them.
