The best plans don’t always work out, and that’s what we’re experiencing in regards to Fall Conference Week. We had an excellent plan that we just couldn’t execute, so we are shifting gears a bit.
Fall Conference Week is next week, October 24-28, and our staff is looking forward to seeing you. We will be using the three-hour early dismissal schedule for the entire week. Students are able to leave at 12:00pm, immediately after the end of 7th Period. Lunch will be served as usual.
Conference Week Bell Schedule 2022
Fall Arena Conferences will be held from 2pm-4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Wednesday, Arena Conferences will also be from 5-7pm. There may be some families who have pre-arranged conferences setup with teachers on Wednesday.
If you were contacted for a teacher requested conference, those will continue to be at your scheduled time on the zoom link you will be provided by the requested teachers.
Arena conferences are limited to a few minutes and will be held in the Hockinson High School Commons. Because our teachers see around 150 students per day, it may not be possible for every parent to meet with every teacher. Parents will be able to select which teacher or teachers they’d like to meet and can wait until that teacher becomes available. This process gives the greatest number of parents the chance to meet and have a short discussion with the teachers.
